We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable as much as possible.  Please kindly take some time to read through the Terms & Conditions (T&C) carefully before placing your order in our site www.ewanroom.com.  Your use of this website and/ or placing an order indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to be bound by these T&C.

GENERAL

All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable. All pre-order items placed can’t be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable. We will carefully check all item(s) one by one before shipping, no defect item(s) will be ship out. 

所有售出的商品均以先到先得为原则,所有售出的商品均为最终决定。不可退款或更换。所有预购商品均不可取消,不可退款或更换。我们将在发货前仔细检查所有物品,没有缺陷物品将被发货。


If you have a small gift in your order/parcel, it is randomly assigned by assistants. Gift is non-traded item, please do not pick, and do not accept any reason to return.

ORDER

  • Prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable. 所列价格为固定价格,不可协商。
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).  Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. 请注意,将商品添加到购物车并不表示您已成功购买商品。 商品仅在提交付款后才能获得保留。
  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/ sizes with full and correct shipping information before checking out. Ewanroom will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/ sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 请确保您在结帐前选择了正确颜色/尺寸的正确商品,并提供完整和正确的运输信息。如果选择了错误的颜色/尺码或重复下单,Ewanroom 将不承担任何责任。

Ewanroom reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / preorder item ) upon payment verification. Shipping days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays. 订单将在成功付款后的 1-3 个工作日内发货(除非另有说明 / 预购商品。)发货日仅包括工作日,不包括周末和公众假期。
  • All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders (unless otherwise stated). 所有订单均按订单号发货,我们不合并订单(除非另有说明。)
  • Due to facing high demand on new orders, adding or combined items to previous orders are strictly not allow, all items request to add/combined shall be create as a new order. 由于面临新订单的高需求,严格不允许在以前的订单中添加或合并项目,所有请求添加/合并的项目都应创建为新订单。
  • The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). 网站上显示的商品价格不包括邮费和包装(送货)费用。
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out. 所有运费将在您结帐时自动计算。
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you and/ or updated to our website system, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party delivery service provider and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

  • If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. Once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase. 如果您有折扣代码,请确保在结帐前输入代码,以确保折扣有效。一旦您的订单得到确认,可能无法享受额外的折扣。 对于未在购买时输入折扣代码的订单,将不予退款。

MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

  • Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out. 由于物品是批量生产的,因此所述尺寸可能会有 1cm-3cm 的差异。 在这种情况下,它不会被视为缺陷并且不会进行交换。

  • Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. BOUNCED BACK PARCELS

  • Customers will be contacted if any bounced back parcels bearing their name. 如果有任何退回的带有他们名字的包裹,我们将联系客户。
  • Cost for re-delivery shall be paid by the customer. If it is determined upon inspection that the error is on our part, Ewanroom will cover the cost of re-delivery.   • Ewanroom reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. Ewanroom保留拒绝将退回的包裹与任何新订单合并的任何请求的权利。
  • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited. 任何在 30 天宽限期后无人认领的退回包裹将被没收。

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

PLEASE NOTE THAT AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE ORDER IS MANDATORY WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO PROCESS ANY CLAIMS.

We apologize if there is a manufacturing defect, faulty product or an incorrect item was sent out (incorrect size, colour or style). In this case, we will exchange items upon verifying the mistake. Please take a snapshot of the incorrect/defective item/faulty product in its original condition( unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact) and sent a email to [email protected] .

Our return policy lasts twenty-four hours from the received date. If twenty-four hours have gone by since your received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.   *Received time is counting based on the time signing in gdex

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet one of the following reasons 换货条件,您的商品必须符合以下原因之一:

a) Incorrect merchandise received 收到不正确的商品

  • Only defective items can be exchanged and other reasons such as change of mind, make an incorrect selection, any aspect of the item not suitable, slight differences in shape, size, texture, colour, wear and tear, external force pulling / squeezing, soaking in water, Self-inflicted damage, Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference, malleable or tarnishing of sterling silver jewellery will not be entertained. 只能更换有缺陷的物品以及其他原因,例如改变主意、做出错误选择、物品的任何方面不合适、形状、尺寸、质地、颜色、磨损和撕裂、外力拉扯挤压、浸水等 自己造成的损坏, 客户对产品质量和偏好的主观意见925 纯银有延展性或失去光泽饰品将不被招待。
  • Do note that the nature of our sterling silver jewellery is that it can be extremely malleable, the product can easily be bent back into shape. 请注意,我们的925纯银首饰的本质是它具有极强的延展性,产品可以很容易地弯曲回原形
  • Please note that you couldnt use external force to pull or squeeze when opening the jewelry package or the joints of the jewelry, which will speed up the damage to the jewelry. TERMS

Before returning your items, send a message on our INSTAGRAM with your order number, a photo and unboxing video of the received item and the reason to register your return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. 物品必须以原始状态退回:未更改、未磨损、未清洗且标签完好无损。
  • We will not entertain exchanges if item is purchased from a third party. 如果物品是从第三方购买的,我们将不接受交换
  • No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except if the item is Out of Stock. 除商品缺货外,所有退货均不允许现金退款
  • Sale section are strictly non-returnable. 促销商品严格不退换。
  • Return must be done within 3 working days upon submit return / exchang request. 退货必须在提交退换货请求的 3个工作日内完成。
  • Return can only be done one time per order number, means that any item(s) want to return shall be done by once. 每个订单号只能退货一次,意味着任何想要退货的物品都必须一次完成。
  • Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. 客户有责任对货品负责,直到我们确认收到商品之前,请保留所有邮寄证明。
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. 所有不符合上述标准的退货将被严格拒绝并没收。 

HERE'S WHAT YOU MUST DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE FROM EWAN - 

  • An unboxing video to be shot on the day the package has been delivered to your home.

  • The package should be completely sealed prior to unboxing. The PU bag should be intact.

VIDEOS NEEDED:

  • A 360 video of the SEALED PU bag.
  • A video of cutting the bag, removing the box, unboxing, showing pouch and then finally showing product.
  • The video should be shot in clear light.
  • The entire unboxing video to be shot in one-go and shouldn’t be edited or several clips cannot be stitched to make it into one video

No claims of any sort would be accepted without an unboxing video. This has to be sent the day the customer receives the parcel which will be verified via tracking.

Ewanroom Collections has every right to accept / deny / reject any claim submitted.

This system is put in place to ensure our EWAN community has a satisfactory shopping experience and is mandatory!
