下单后什么时候发货?
所有订单将在 3 个工作日内处理和发货。 这不包括周末和公众假期。(除非另有说明 / 预购商品。)
你的退货条规是什么?
所有销售都是最终的。 由于卫生原因,我们的商店政策不允许退款或退货或换货。
但是,如果您收到与您的订单不符的错误商品,我们很乐意为您提供换货服务。 退货应在收到物品后 24 小时内提交。
任何在 24 小时后提交的退货将不被接受。 对于确认不正确的物品,将退还退货运费。
在退回您的物品之前,请在我们的 INSTAGRAM 上发送一条消息,其中包含您的订单号、收到物品的照片、开箱视频以及登记退货的原因。 请允许我们在 1-3 个工作日内处理您的请求。

如果我不喜欢收到的饰品或对产品不满意怎么办?

如果派送员试图派送我的订单时无人在家怎么办?
我们通过GD Express (GDEX) 快递公司运送您的包裹。 当我们打包好您的订单时,您将通过电子邮件收到通知,表明您的订单已安排好正等待发货,并附有追踪详情。
当货物需要派送时,您将会通过短信收到派送通知。如需重新安排送货时间,请自行联系当地快递公司进行安排。
如果客户提供的送货地址没有人,派送员会通过电话联系您,请您务必留意及接听派送员的来电以免错过签收,否则货物将被退回给我们。
一旦货物退回给我们,我们将把产品运回给客户。重新发货的费用应由客户支付。
上述订单不符合退款或取消的条件。
如果我的包裹被盗或丢失或者家里没有包裹怎么办?
对于在运输途中丢失/包裹被盗或包裹被递送至客户提供错误的地址或因无人确认签收而导致包裹无法送达,我们不提供退款/退货/换货。 请确保您的送货地址和联系电话是正确的。
由于客户不在/客户提供的地址不正确而退回给我们的包裹将在我们在EWAN收到包裹后寄回。重新发货的费用应由客户支付。
因物流公司问题退回的包裹,我们会在收到包裹后第一时间寄回给客户。
上述订单不符合退款或取消的条件。
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. This excludes weekends & public holidays. (unless otherwise stated / preorder item).
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. Our store policy is NO refunds or returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
However, in the case that you receive the wrong item that does not match your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange. The return should be filed within 24 hours of receiving the item. *Received time is counting based on the time signing in gdex
Any returns filed post 24 hours, will not be accepted. Return shipping fees will be refunded for items acknowledged to be incorrect.
Before returning your items, send a message on our INSTAGRAM with your order number, a photo and unboxing video of the received item and the reason to register your return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE JEWELLERY THAT I RECEIVED OR I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT?
As much as we would like everyone who shops on EWAN to love our jewellery, we understand that some may have a different view. However, we have no return policy due to hygiene reasons + being a small business with a limited stock for each design, we cannot offer returns for this purpose.
WHAT DO I DO IF JEWELLERY GETS TANGLED OR I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WEAR IT?
We would be happy to guide you on how to wear a particular piece of jewellery on Instagram. Please DM us.
If jewellery gets tangled or it breaks while wearing it, we will unfortunately not be able to help you as how one handles the jewellery is very subjective.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE INCORRECT RING SIZE?
We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds for rings due to hygiene reasons. Go through our description and ring size guide for each design in the product details section. If you have any doubts about your ring size, DM us on Instagram prior to purchase and we will be happy to help you out!
WHAT IF I BROKE MY JEWELLERY WHILE WEARING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Most of our jewellery is delicate and will break if not handled carefully. Kindly not to be handled roughly. We do not offer refunds or returns for the same.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY BREAKS AFTER WEARING IT FOR A WHILE? CAN I GET IT FIXED?
We would advice you go visit a local jewellery shop to see if it can be fixed.
We do not provide this service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELLERY BREAKS OR TARNISHES?
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns in case if the jewellery breaks or tarnishes irrespective of the duration.

WHAT IF NO ONE WAS HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON MADE ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We ship all our parcels via GD Express (GDEX) to send your parcels. When we done ready your order, you will receive a Notification on email indicating that your order ready to ship with the Tracking details.
You will receive a notification via SMS when the shipment is out for delivery. The delivery partner will call you when the shipment is arrive. To reschedule the delivery, kindly contact the logistics company to make arrangements.
If no one is available at the delivery address provided by the customer, the shipment will be returned to us.
Once the shipment will be returned to us, we will be shipping the product back to the customer. Cost for re-delivery shall be paid by the customer.
The above orders aren't eligible for a refund or cancellation.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GOT STOLEN OR LOST OR NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AT HOME?
We do not provide refunds / returns / exchanges for packages lost in transit / got stolen or packages being delivered to an incorrect address shared by the customer or packages being undelivered due to unavailability. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number is correct.
The packages returned to us due to the unavailability of the customer / incorrect address provided by the customer will be shipped back once we receive the package at EWAN and will incur a shipment fee.
The packages returned due to issue with the logistics company will be shipped back to the customer as soon as we receive the package.
